Week 12 Reading Reflection

1. I was very surprised about the part of the reading about the part on the value of strategic planning.
2. I was confused at the part on the entrepreneurial strategy matrix and how to read it.
3. If I could ask the author two questions, " What is the best way to build and entrepreneurial firm?" and " Is it true that all firms that fail to innovate will die? If so why is this the case?"
4. I do not disagree with anything that the author said in this chapter.
