1.
In the next 5 years for a large return, I plan
to partner with a major car or insurance company and sell my product. I think
that partnering with a larger capital who has the resources and capital is the
best way.
2.
I picked to partner with a larger company
because I believe this is the best way for my company to thrive considering
they have more resources than I do. Solely, I think my product would not be able
to get as big as I would want it to.
3.
I think my exit strategy has influenced my other
decisions because I think about how others would react and the cost of every
decision I make. I think about how others would benefit from my product as
well. I plan on pitching how my product will benefit both the car and insurance
industries to those large companies so eventually we could collaborate.

I agree with your choice to partner with a larger company. I know most people would want to go solo and carry full control of their business, but your choice to merge with a larger company will help make your company and service better known to a wider group of people who could become your future customers. Maybe for my company I could also consider doing such a route to better advertise my service. Good job on this. Here's my link: http://entintheair.blogspot.com/2016/04/my-exit-strategy.html
ReplyDeleteHi Gabie, I liked your bog short and to the point. I'd suggest giving a little bit of a recap about what your business was. It would make your blog a little longer and give someone like me a first time reader an idea of what you are trying to accomplish. All I know at this point is you want to partner with a major company to establish stability. That's not a bad plan, but I have no idea what you offer or how you will partner up. Here is a link yo my blog check it out if you get the chance. I eased into a recap if you want to look at that as an example.

Hey Gabie, I think you have a great end game with the product and this business. Merging into a larger market will be a great strategy to producing larger profits, as well as expanding your products' message and purpose to keep people safe. My exit strategy definitely influenced my product as well, however, that did not take anything away from the business itself. You seem to have a very thought out and well planned exit strategy, I believe it will be a successful one. ReplyDeleteHi Gabi! Great work on the assignment. I actually found this assignment pretty hard. I didn't know which exit strategy to choose from. I eventually choose to sell my company to other company that would take ownership of it. I think your exit strategy is similar to mine. I wish you the best on the rest of the semester!
