Adam Cherry is an entrepreneur who has started TAPPIT Technologies. He has a lot of experience with apps for a variety of services.

2) Which 'slot' you are filling with each person (i.e., domain expert, market expert, supplier), and how the person fills the spot.

I am filling the supplier slot because he makes all types of apps.

My dad knows Adam so he connected us via email.

4) The nature of the exchange you have with the person -- what favor did they do for you? What is the return expectation? 

Adam told me the steps I would have to go through to make my idea happen. He told me the components I would have to gather as well as pricing.

5) How will including this person in your network enhance your ability to exploit an opportunity?

Including this person will give me an opportunity to create my app since that’s his expertise.

I am filling the market expert slot because she knows a lot about the target market.

I met her at a SADD conference and reached out to her via email.

Mrs. Cicos told me that the product would be very useful because of the large problem. She told me statistics for the amount of accidents that occur from drinking and driving.

5) How will including this person in your network enhance your ability to exploit an opportunity?

Including this person will give me insight on my target market.

I am filling the domain expert slot because he knows the logistics of how to make an app in association with a vehicle.

One of my friends connected me via email.

Mr. Friedman told me how I could make the app and how I would be able to control the app from the car side.

Including this person will give me insight on how to create the product and the logistics.

Reflection:

I really enjoyed doing this assignment because it allowed be to form a network that will be extremely helpful to me. Every I talked to was extremely helpful and was really willing to help. It really helped me prepare for the future.
