I think I have
a human capital that is truly unique because I believe I am ambitious,
proactive, dedicated, trustworthy and dependable.
1.
My
first friend listed things about me. She thought was that I’m ambitious,
driven, organized, and knowledgable about the industry.
2.
My
second friend said I was really hard working. She said I always know what she
wants to do in life.
3.
My
third friend said I was hardworking and determined to succeed in life.
4.
My
fourth friend thinks I’m a very proactive person. She also thinks I can always
make anyone laugh.
5.
My
fifth friend thinks I’m a great friend. She thinks this because I am reliable
and trustworthy.
After
thinking about my human capital and defining it about myself and interviewing
my close friends, I found our definitions to be very similar. We both look at
me in the same manner and I was really happy to find that out. I would not
change anything about my first list because I think it reflects me well.

ReplyDeleteI think that you did a really great job recognizing positive characteristics in yourself! Some people really struggle to find and see their good traits active in their lives. I love how open and real your interviews are. It shows that your friends and family know you very well. I think that all of your traits will help your business to grow very quickly. ReplyDeleteGreat work! Having this kind of congruence in your responses is definitely a positive thing, since you know that that must be how you actually are. What other people think of your character is extremely important, because if that's what they think, no matter what you think you are, it's what they think that trumps it, because that's how you're coming off to them. Seems like you're the perfect type to be an entrepreneur as well!

Gabie, I think it is wonderful that how you view yourself truly presents itself to others around you like your close friends. You are obviously representing yourself well, know who you are, know what you do best, and are aware of your goals and aspirations. Continually recognize these characteristics and use them to your advantage with future endevours that you chose to pursue in your life. Good luck!
