Interviewing Customers No. 3

I plan on interviewing customers of chipotle who use the online ordering system. I am going to ask them questions to gauge how helpful the online ordering system is.

The questions I am going to ask is:
How often do you go to Chipotle?
Do you always use the online ordering system?
How much time does it save you?
Would you ever go to Chipotle without utilizing the online ordering system?

I have learned that the online ordering system is very helpful, but not many people know about it. I believe that if more people knew about the online ordering system, then it would save them so much time. I thought that the interviewing process was extremely effective.

  1. Hi Gabie!
I have not gotten the chance to look at your other posts so I am unsure about what your idea is. From what I understood we had to ask people about our business by showing them a description of what our concept is. I think if you are trying to expand online ordering to be more common through some kind of application then that would be a great idea because the use of technology is growing in our lives everyday! 2. Gabie,
so from what I could understand, your point is for customers to use online ordering over ordering in person if that option is available. The example you used for Chipotle was great, and your interview videos showed that. I only wished you were more clear on what the benefits would be if online ordering services was used over in person ordering. Thank you so much for sharing! I did not make any videos so I can't really share this assignment with you but, you are welcomed to check my blog out at: http://karinatamayo.blogspot.com/

  3. Gabie,
I do think you bring up a great point about online ordering when it comes to restraunts such as chipotle. It is way more beneficial for the customers and the store itself because it allows both to be ready at a certain time. It also brings out much better customer service because usually the employees are to busy to interact with the customers as they should be. I do think you need to be a little more clear on what actually ,ages it better but all in all, I think you did a good job.
