Week 5 Reading Reflection- Ch 9

I was most surprised over section about
protecting ideas and the fact the the Copyright Act excludes copyright
protection of an idea.
2.
I was confused on the part about trade secrets
and how trade secrets differ from patents, copyrights and trademarks.
3.
If I could ask the author two questions it would
be, “What other resources do you recommend to learn more about legal forms?” and
“ What specific legal forms are available for entrepreneurs structuring their
ventures for sole partnership?”
4.
I think that the author is wrong when he said
that partnerships have the disadvantage of relative difficulty obtaining large
sums of capital. Although this can be the case sometimes, I don’t think it is a
valid disadvantage.
