1. The part that I found the most surprising was that
soft drinks and prepackaged software had the highest ROI.
2. I was confused about the part about industry
growths.
3. If I could ask the author 2 questions, I would ask, “
How do you suggest eliminating rivals?” and the second question would be “ Do
you think the industry structure of business should change in any way?”
4. I really agree with the author and I do not think he
was wrong in any way.
