Elevator Pitch No. 2

After getting feedback on my last elevator pitch, I tried to take the advice. I made sure to stand up while giving the pitch and I tried to me more engaged. I think that it is very important to change the tone of my voice throughout the pitch so I tried my best to do that. I received all positive feedback, which I was surprised about. I thought that I would receive more criticism. However, I tried to make positive improvements on this pitch. You can watch the video below.

  1. Gabie, I liked your introduction very much and it definitely held my attention throughout the entire pitch! I think the idea is very useful and people would use it, but I am curious as to the level of technological skill this would require, if it could be done, and how you would make that happen. Also, how did you develop that price?

  2. Nice work! I like this idea a lot and it seems like you took the time to outline and practice your elevator pitch. I like the introduction and speed at which you speak. One suggestion would be to speak a little louder though. Other than that I think this is solid work.

  3. Hey Gabie, I think this is a really solid idea. You definitely caught everybody's attention by asking if they wanted to save their child's life. I think the best improvement I could suggest would be to make it more natural and like a conversation. Other than that, this is a great pitch. 4. very interesting blog post! I really enjoyed reading about your ideas and watching your video! I think this is a phenomenal idea and simple enough to actually pull off. Furthermore, as you said "your child's life is priceless" is a great way to essentially charge whatever you want to increase profit margin.

  5. Hey Gabie, I really like this idea. I enjoyed watching your video and think this is an idea that can save lives while also being very beneficial to society. It will not only help the driver, but also help the surrounding drivers to stay safe and feel comfortable. This is also an idea that has not been thought of or brought up according to my knowledge, and feel that it has its own niche in our society. We really could use something like this in our modern society as well as for future generations. If you want to see my pitch, check it out here:

  6. Hey Gabie, I enjoyed watching your elevator pitch video. However I recommend dressing in semi casual attire at least even though it’s a class exercise and speak up a little more with confidence. Nonetheless, your idea sounds good, you should really expand on it if you’re serious. I liked the content of your pitch as well, you made some great points. Check out my post:

  7. Hey Gabie! I think your idea is really good and I agree that the danger of texting while driving is serious and is something that needs to be addressed more fully. The only thing that I would say you could improve on is your enthusiasm about the product. If you seem excited and act like it's something that is absolutely needed and nothing else could solve the problem, there's a better chance that others will believe that as well.
